Areas of Focus

My practice is grounded in existential therapy and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, narrative approaches, and solution-focused strategies. These methods complement one another in helping clients deepen insight, stay present, and act in ways that reflect their values.

Therapy with me blends philosophical depth with practical application. You can expect to leave sessions not only with greater self-understanding but also with tools you can bring into daily life—ways of noticing your thoughts, regulating your emotions, and responding to challenges with clarity and compassion.
