Areas of Focus
My practice is grounded in existential therapy and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, narrative approaches, and solution-focused strategies. These methods complement one another in helping clients deepen insight, stay present, and act in ways that reflect their values.
Therapy with me blends philosophical depth with practical application. You can expect to leave sessions not only with greater self-understanding but also with tools you can bring into daily life—ways of noticing your thoughts, regulating your emotions, and responding to challenges with clarity and compassion.

Climate Cafés: free and in-person
Session Details
A space to explore climate-related worry, grief, and uncertainty, together.
Climate Cafés offer room to slow down, reflect, and speak openly about the emotional impact of climate change. These gatherings are not therapy sessions and not spaces for debate or action planning. They are thoughtful, facilitated conversations that honour the complexity of climate-related distress and the need for collective meaning-making.
Climate Cafés create space for honest conversation, grounded presence, and supportive reflection among others who care deeply about our shared world.
